Body Weight HIIT at Home

Here’s a six exercise HIIT circuit I did the other day using only body weight. I used sliders for my mountain climbers, but I usually do these without and they’re still killer! I mix things up between HIIT and resistance training, but these HIIT days are great for working up a sweat and moving around in a relatively short period of time 😅 Plus, I get to show off my new leggings again🐍
1. Mountain climbers

2. Half burpees

3. Walking pushups

4. Crab reach

5. Squat ankle taps

6. Lunge jumps
