Full Body Chair Workout
I’m trying to mix things up every once in a while to avoid getting stuck in a rut or bored with these home workouts. I put together a full body workout with my kitchen chairs to keep it fresh! Make sure your chairs are pushed up against a wall if your floors are slippery like mine 😬 Let me know if you give these a try 😊
