No Equipment HIIT

Another home workout for the quarantine life!

Getting creative with these home workouts šŸ˜ Iā€™m *~blessed~* to have a decent amount of equipment at home, but I like challenging myself to see how hard I can push with just body weight. This one got me šŸ‘ŒI did each exercise for 45s, repeated 3x and followed it up with a run šŸ˜µ
1. Full range lunge
2. Pulse squats + 180 (aka mortal kombats šŸ˜‰)
3. Pulse lateral lunge
4. Crossover jackknife
5. Table top + high plank crossover
