No Equipment HIIT

Another HIIT workout to flood your feed 🌊 I share lots of these but that’s what I’m doing most often these days! Luckily, I’ve been pretty dang good at staying active during quarantine, but often that means 30 mins of moving and my attention span is up 🤷‍♀️ I ran through this 4 times, 45s/exercise and followed it up with a short “run” for cardio day Let me know if you try it out 👇

  1. High knees to plank crossover

  2. Squat shuffle

  3. Cross cross squat jump

  4. Lateral lunge + lift

  5. Around the world taps
