Backpack Workout
The Backpack: A Multi-Function Item There’s about a month left until my gym opens so I’m still making use of various household things to step up my workouts. My form is a little different in some of these because of where the backpack sits, but I still managed to get a great workout in with just my backpack and a broomstick 🧹 This will do the trick until I can get my hands on an actual barbell again!
1. Squats
2. Good mornings
3. Bicep curls
4. Bent over rows
5. Upright rows
