Hip thrust burnout from your couch 🍑🛋

I do some combination of hip thrusts at the end of every booty workout/glute day. I’ve found my glutes feel so much stronger since I started doing this! If I want to challenge myself the way I used to by using the glute drive machine at the gym, I had a hip circle/resistance band above my knees and/or hold a weight over my hips. To feel this in all the right places, I focus on tucking my tailbone in and squeezing through my glutes. I usually pick 4 of these and do them for 30s each, back to back so I get a two minute burner!
