Beginner Booty Band
Here’s another booty band workout cause I love ‘em 😻 These three exercises are great for warming up your glutes before you start lifting heavy for leg day, or if you’re new to working out. Or, if the band gives you as much resistance as this one does (from @barbellbehaviour) you may not need a heavy lifting day 😹 I did these timed for one minute each and repeated it four times👍 I finished off the workout with a run outside for 30 minutes cause today was GORGEOUS!
