Stair Workouts
I’m really not a fan of running. I’ve convinced myself to start running during this quarantine (and documented it here) but typically I will choose almost any other workout to avoid it. Stairs is probably my favourite way to get an outdoor cardio session in because I find it super challenging but also much more entertaining than running. I feel like I can get my butt kicked by stairs in such a short amount of time. I found a set of stairs that’s surrounded by trees and is a decently long stretch near my house. I hit these up over the weekend and am definitely feeling the effects today!
