No Equipment Balance Challenge

Over the course of this 1000 year lockdown, I’ve tried a number of things to mix up my workouts so that I don’t get bored and so I’m still challenging myself. One of the ways I’ve done so is by slowing down the exercises and focusing on keeping my balance. Doing this helps me challenge my core a little more with every movement! I did timed intervals of 1 min each (3x). For single leg movements, I did 1 min/leg (💀).

  1. Lunge + single leg DL

  2. Curtsy + abductor

  3. Around the world toe taps

  4. Reverse tabletop leg lift

  5. High plank arch taps

  6. Standing single leg squats (modification at the end of the clip if this is too challenging)

  7. Crossover jackknife
