This workout really took me back to my lacrosse days. Sweating it out with no equipment under the summer sun felt just like conditioning practices, minus all the sprints! The first few were part of our ore-game warm ups that have stuck with me over the years. I’m blessed to have had access to a massive, relatively flat space while I was up north so I did two lengths (there & back x2) of each aside from the toe touches and it was 🔥
