Medicine Ball Upper Body + Core ๐๐ช Lots of odd angles and faces in this one but thatโs just how workouts go for me ๐ This was a fun way to mix up my home workouts and put a little extra into my core work. If you donโt have a medicine ball, you can sub in another ball (like a basketball) for the stability moves and a 5-10 lb weight for the weighted exercises ๐
