Plate only upper body day
When I first started working out I used to neglect my upper body. I told myself I didn’t want “big arms”, and was secretly intimidated because I didn’t know what I was doing. I learned over time how important it is to train your upper body, and how much fun it can be! I still love my glute days but biceps are now close behind 😊
Training my upper body makes me look leaner overall, and most importantly makes daily life easier! All the groceries in one trip? No problem.
This workout is with a plate I’m lucky enough to have at home, but can easily be substituted with something like a textbook 📚
1. Plate hammer curl
2. Svend press
3. Front raise
4. Overhead tricep extension
