I’ve been working out with my sister (@BalanceWithBree) since January through her Sweat Club series. Now that we’re all social distancing, she’s offered Sweat Club online through Zoom three times per week and it’s been so helpful in keeping me motivated! We do a mix of HIIT, mobility and resistance training with the same group of people in each class so there’s a community feel. If you’re looking for some consistency, check it out!
