Learning to Run

I hate traditional cardio. I usually get my cardio in through HIIT workouts or maybe a session of stairs but this quarantine has forced me to look at other options to keep things interesting. I’ve made it my short term goal to run at least three times per week for the month of April. So far, I’ve kept up with it but my runs have been all over the place (and that’s okay)! I downloaded Strava (an app) to track my pace and distance. I’ve used it a couple of times now and I am really finding it helpful! Accountability is one of the things that I benefit from the most during my fitness journey. Even though I don’t think anyone is truly watching, sharing my stats with the few friends I have on Strava keeps me going. If you have it, add me (Keenan Emily)!
