Booty Band Burner
Booty bands are one of my favourite ways to kick up my body weight workouts at home. I got this one from @Macdonaldfitness, but you can find them all over. Booty bands (or hip circles) add resistance and help me activate my glutes for exercises when my quads often take over (squats). I posted this video on Instagram with just a couple of exercises but there are so many options! I’ll post more videos in the future as I change things up 😊
